"The publication of the ninth edition of Industrial and Organizational Psychology: Research and Practice marks a turning point in the evolution of the book. About a year ago, I had a conversation with my Wiley editor, Glenn Wilson, about the scheduling of the ninth edition. During our talk, he pitched the idea of turning Industrial and Organizational Psychology into an enhanced digital edition. Most students today are consuming textbook content online, so publishers are starting to respond by adding online-only video and interactive content- content that is not possible with physical books. I had added an online element to the eighth edition with links to my online blog articles, so I was eager to take things even further. This ninth enhanced edition includes a wealth of online video content, some created professionally by Wiley and some that I created myself, designed to facilitate student learning. Of course, it is possible to order a physical copy of the book and still gain access to the online material"-- Provided by publisher
