Historical Evolution

KM LRC has come a long way from its humble beginnings back in 1990. The foundations of KM LRC were laid as an integral part of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and it has flourished greatly with the gradual evolution of ILM into the current University of Management and Technology (UMT).
